999rk believes that genuine online entertainment can only be enjoyed when players feel safe, comfortable, and fully in control. We provide real tools, guidance, and support to make that a reality.
All these features are available for free and can be activated directly from your account settings.
Set your own maximum amount you can deposit in a single day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, the system automatically stops deposits without any manual action required.
Set a maximum loss amount you can accept within a given period. Once that figure is reached, your gaming session will be stopped automatically to protect your balance.
Set a maximum daily session duration. Once the time limit is reached, the platform will send a notification and automatically end the session so you can take a break.
Need a short break? Activate the cooling-off feature to temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed — without permanently closing your account.
If you feel you need to stop entirely, the self-exclusion feature permanently closes your account. Once activated, the account cannot be reopened during the selected period.
The specially trained 999rk support team is ready to assist any player who needs guidance, wants to activate protection features, or simply needs someone to talk to.
Responsible gaming isn't about playing less or giving up your favorite games. It's about playing in a healthy way — with full awareness of how much you're spending, how much time you're putting in, and when it's time to stop. At 999rk, we believe every player deserves an enjoyable entertainment experience without sacrificing the things that matter most in their lives.
The reality is that the majority of players on our platform play casually and responsibly — they set a budget, play within comfortable limits, and stop when they're satisfied. However, we also understand that a small number of players may struggle to manage their gaming habits. That is exactly why this Responsible Gaming program exists: not as a punishment, but as a safety net you can reach for whenever you need it.
One of the most important steps in responsible gaming is being able to recognize early warning signs. The sooner you spot them, the easier it is to get back on track. Some signals to watch out for include:
If you recognize one or more of the signs above in yourself, that is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness. And that awareness is the most important first step.
The good news is there are many practical steps you can take to ensure your gaming experience stays positive and controlled. These are not complicated — they are simple things you can start applying today:
999rk enforces a strict minimum age policy — all users must be 18 years and above. The mandatory identity verification (KYC) process required of every new member is one of the primary protection layers ensuring this is genuinely enforced.
If you share a device with younger family members, there are several additional steps you can take to prevent unwanted access. Always make sure your 999rk account is logged out when not in use, enable your device's screen lock or password, and consider using a separate device from the one used by children at home. If you find out that a minor has accessed the platform, contact our support team immediately.
The Responsible Gaming Program at 999rk is not just a block of text written to meet requirements. It is part of how we do business. Our team actively monitors suspicious activity patterns, reaches out to players showing signs of excessive play, and continuously improves the available protection tools based on community feedback.
We invest in training our support team to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. We are also committed to never using marketing tactics that target players who are in recovery or who have activated the self-exclusion feature.
